About me

I started my career with a deep love for wildlife and nature, and that passion has grown into something even bigger, supporting the people who work every day to care for the land, water, and communities that surround them.

My journey has taken me from working for a small animal sanctuary to working with NGOs and government agencies around the globe across agriculture, forestry, and conservation to tackle complex challenges and build practical, people-centered solutions.

With degrees in natural resource social sciences, biology, and conservation ecology, I’ve pulled together the best of sociology, psychology, economics and anthropology to explore how people make decisions, and how we can design systems, programs, and strategies that truly support change.

Whether I am analyzing data or designing workshops, I keep one thing front and center: people make change happen and systems should help, not hinder, that work. And if we can make it engaging, approachable, and even a little fun along the way? Even better.
